Boyd brings more than 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, with expertise spanning over the road van and refrigerated freight, regional dedicated operations, and poultry logistics. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for operational excellence, strong customer partnerships, and results driven leadership.

Known for her customer first mindset and ability to navigate complex logistics environments, Boyd consistently delivers high service performance while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and operational teams. Her leadership recently helped achieve a 99 percent on time performance rate for a key automotive customer, demonstrating her ability to manage demanding service requirements while maintaining reliability and efficiency.
