• Military Placement at Covenant (MPACT) — A VA-approved on-the-job training program that allows eligible veterans to apply their GI Bill benefits while gaining operational experience within Covenant’s network.

• Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) — A U.S. Army initiative that connects service members transitioning from active duty into meaningful civilian employment opportunities through guaranteed interview pathways.

• Department of Defense SkillBridge (Pending Approval) — Covenant has submitted its application to provide SkillBridge opportunities that allow transitioning service members to gain hands-on civilian experience during the final 180 days of their service commitment.
