Driven by Purpose: Mandy Glass

February 8, 2026

For Mandy Glass, servanthood isn’t a role she steps into. It’s who she’s always been.

Long before joining Covenant, Mandy’s life was shaped by service. She worked as a CNA and later taught in classroom and computer lab settings, helping students learn in ways that met them where they were. Those early experiences built a foundation of patience, empathy, and care that continues to define how she shows up today.

For nearly 14 years at Covenant, Mandy has carried that same heart into her work. From supporting drivers and safety operations to stepping into new responsibilities over the years, she has consistently been someone others can rely on. Her steady presence, compassion, and commitment make a meaningful difference for teammates and drivers alike.

“I give my all in anything that I do,” Mandy shared. “Whether it’s talking with drivers or helping someone work through a challenge, I just want to help people and make a difference.”

That mindset extends beyond her role at Covenant and into her life in the community. As a volunteer firefighter and EMT, Mandy supports others in moments of greatest need. She also helped revive her local fire department’s auxiliary, creating opportunities for others to serve alongside her and strengthening the community she calls home.

The impact of Mandy’s service is felt across Covenant as well. As Brieaun Cage shared,

“Mandy’s commitment to helping others reaches well beyond her role as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. Her depth of knowledge has been a tremendous asset to the HOS team and our professional drivers. While our time working together has been brief, I am very thankful for the opportunity and have greatly valued her contributions.”

At Covenant, Mandy brings that same spirit into every interaction. She believes in teaching rather than correcting, helping others understand the why so they can move forward with confidence. It reflects our values in action, empathy in how she listens, servanthood in how she serves, and virtue in how she represents Covenant every day.

Through her work, her service, and her heart for others, Mandy reminds us that being Driven by Purpose, Powered by Partnership is not just a phrase. It is a way of life. And it is people like her who bring that purpose to life across our enterprise.
